Commissions and pre-orders are subject to a non-refundable 50%  deposit payment, to cover the costs of materials.

Shipping:

All orders for items in stock are processed as soon as the payment is confirmed, please allow 2-3 days for packing your order.

I preferably ship to Finland and Europe​, but I can ship worldwide if you are interested in one of my artworks. In this case, please contact before purchasing, and we'll discuss shipping to your location. 

FREE Shipping to Finland:  

All orders are delivered via Posti or Matkahuolto within 2-4 business days once the item is packed and dropped for delivery.  You can also pick up your artwork from Tapiola, Espoo, by appointment.  

Shipping to Europe:  

All orders are delivered via Posti or GLS within 3-8 business days once the item is packed and dropped for delivery. All shipments are trackable. 

For commissions and pre-orders, delivery times vary depending on the item. We will agree on delivery times on a case-by-case basis, but here are the approximate waiting times:

• Custom or pre-order ceramics: approximately 4-5 weeks.
• Custom or pre-order polymer clay earrings: approximately 2 weeks.
• Custom paintings: approximately 3-4 weeks.
